This website is an attempt to produce a useful photographic database of some of the patterns designed by Susie Cooper between 1923 and 1929 when she worked for the Grays Factory as well as her early patterns produced at the George Street Pottery in Tunstall and the Chelsea Works in Burslem between 1929 and 1931. The photos of patterns here is based on our own collection and we've also included a full list of Grays patterns known to have ever had a "Designed by Susie Cooper" backstamp and a list of the early patterns produced at George Street and Chelsea Works most of which have the "Triangle" backstamp.
